Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within five business days to let you know your order is on the way!
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days via Standard International Shipping. Please note that we ship products directly from the manufacturers, this helps to reduce waste and cost, and we pass those savings on to you!
Please expect ~2 weeks for most deliveries, depending on where it's shipping from - we strive to ship everything as quickly as possible, but we're not perfect!
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
We offer FREE shipping to all US addresses. If there are any mistakes and you get charged for your order, please reach out to us at support@ultgear.co and we will refund you for the cost!
Orders placed outside the US will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to the following countries: United States, Canada, Mexico.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ULT Gear LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery (from the time you physically receive the item), and we will refund you the full order amount immediately and without question.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@ultgear.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We'd be happy to ship you a replacement at no cost to you, although this is determined on a case-by-case basis.
